Becca Watson’s cozy autumn morning routine begins with having a warm cup of tea while journaling sitting on her balcony and taking advantage of early morning sun. She likes to plan her day ahead so as to have an idea of what the day would look like. Some mornings she would lift weights in the gym or go to a workout class. Other times she would go outside for runs especially during autumn when the leaves start to fall and everything seems peaceful in the morning.

Once she is done recording her self tape and some computer work which goes for a few hours, she decides to spend some time outside which according to her is the best part of being self employed to be able to go outside whenever she feels like.

Becca Watson’s productive spring/summer morning routine commences with waking up early as opposed to what she is used to during the cold winter months. She enjoys her slow mornings where she has time for herself to do things that make her peaceful like playing soft calming music on her record player, making tea for herself and more. She advocates for making time for oneself in the morning if that can be used as a little motivation to wake up early, then it should definitely be done. This is followed by some skin care and self care rituals along with some planning for the day ahead.
After having a filling, energizing and balanced breakfast paired with supplements Becca goes out for a walk accompanied her dog Mochi and to get some natural light while sits for a brief journaling session. Having morning walks is an integral part of her routine as doing it consistently has helped in having better energy levels throughout the day. She goes to workout classes as part of her daily movement rituals and gets ready for the day afterwards. She then proceeds to complete her listed tasks for the day picking up difficult and high priority tasks first. She usually goes out to cafe when the whether outside is sunny to romanticize her work day.

Becca Watson relaxing evening/night routine includes enjoying time outside in nature with her loved ones. After a tiring day of staring at screens for hours at end, it feels refreshing to step outside and admire natural beauty especially during spring & summer time when flowers are in full bloom.
